You can convert to ipod touch formats using this software.

Videora iPod touch Converter is a free iPod touch video converter that converts video files, YouTube videos, movies and DVD's so you can play them on your iPod touch. The software, developed by the creators of Videora, can convert all types of video files (avi, divx, xvid, flv, x264, vob, mpeg, DVD's, YouTube, etc.) into the proper video formats (MPEG-4, H.264) that play on the iPod touch.

When combined with Videora, our video search and download program, Videora iPod touch Converter + Videora allows you to download, convert and copy video to your iPod touch automatically, using BitTorrent and RSS technology. See the Automation Guide for more details.
