Do you mean the old glass-framed bridge?

Or do you mean the new Double Helix Bridge?

It is the one near the bus stop in front of clifford pierre with shops and cafes.

I cannot give you a definite answer for that because I seriously have no idea which bridge you are talking about.

Odds are you are talking about the double helix bridge, but it is only half done now, though visitors are free to take a look at it as sort of a preview to the full thing.
