i tink there is a 1 to one exchange for the laptop
however... i do not want any data to be lost... could that be
done?
If it's a 1 to 1 exchange, you will be given a new laptop.
This new laptop is not setup yet. Thus it will be at it's
factory installed state. In order to prevent any data to be lost.
you must back it up first. After that, transfer it to the new
laptop.
