my java does not load when internet explorer need

hello ppl here, need some help regarding my internet explorer . my IE does not load java script when u need to log in to singpass etc site that require java . when i try to log in the site state no java applet . but i already install java on my com. at first i thought java got problem so i uninstall then install again . but still the same problem. pls can give some advice on how to slove this problem. thanxs

did you enable java under internet options in your IE?

have you tried with other browsers to see if the site works?

Either the admins are lazy or you are doing something wrongly. In case you've done something correctly, do the following:

Click here

Scroll down to Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 14 and click on Download.

Install that and restart IE.

If you are using Vista, please select Offline installation. Right click on the downloaded file and select Run As Administrator.
