The simplest way for me is to record your computer sound output
while playing the video. The downside of this is that the sound
quality is sacrificed a little and you may get highly irritated if,
for example, someone sends you a MSN nudge towards the end of the
recording.
Otherwise, you'll need to first download the video, open it up
in a video editor and then export the sound data to a playable
format.
