are you able to browse for the wireless network ? do you know
what is the SSID of your mio modem ? did you know the password or
key set in the wireless encryption ?
you need to know the above information in order to connect to
your wireless mio modem ... it should be recorded somewhere when
the first time when singtel technician come over to your place to
install the mio modem ...
else the easier way out is to use a LAN cable to connect to the
mio modem ...

Well, yes to all of ur above questions.
when the technician did the installation, i was into tekong for
the 2 weeks confinement.
when i reinstall the modem, it was then given to me again and i
copied it down.
but somehow, the smartfix didn't fix my problem.
