Keep on having the prompt "It's safe to remove hardware"... The DVD player rosak like si boh?

are you using a laptop?

I'm very sure that its not your RW/DVD player thats always making windows pop out its safe to remove hardware

There's nothing nothing connected to the lappy

chances is one of the detachable hardware is spoilt or not connected properly ... try removing them one by one to see which one is spoilt ...
