How to check whether a disc has already been finalized? How to finalized a disc?

See if the disc can be read in normal cd-rom drive lor...

I am talking about dvd disc. My dvd rom can read unfinalized disc. Some of the discs did not finalized but still can read.

Use a DVD burning software.
