here are some possibilities i can tink of.
1) check the capacitors on your motherboard. they are those round
small cylinders on the mainboard. see if the top had opened up or
the top is smooth.
2) faulty ram, take one strip out at a time and trouble shoot from
there. if still persists should not be a ram problem.
3) PSU problem, get a new one.
