Just realised how cool and configurable Opera ish!!!!

Now I want to remove the Menu Bar...but it won't disappear Mad

Btw ppl why can't I find this folder...

I can only type the adress to get there but not see the folder...

Tools > Preference > Advanced > Shortcuts > Keyboard setup > Choose the one you are using > Edit > Search for "F11"

You should see two entries, "F11 ctrl" and "Platform Unix, F11 alt". Remove the "Platform Unix, " text and save your settings. You should be able to hide the menu bar by pressing Alt+F11 now. Let me know if you still can't figure it out; I have some screenshots here which I'm kinda lazy to upload now.

actually opera fares better one most parameters.

from what i know FF only fares better in 1 all that plugins and 2 ability to access msot sites

A bit confusing, let me sum up everything.

1) I untick 'Show Hidden Files', but it still don't show the folder to Opera
2) I managed to get rid the MenuBar when I open a new window, other than that still have Sad

Restart Opera.

As far as I know, all apps should work after a restart.

Doesn't work, destroy the profile and create a new one.

Any ideas about the hidden folder of that Opera? Question

1. You untick means don't show hidden files leh. And I don't think the Opera's application data folder is hidden anyway.

2. Hmm...seems like your settings are not saved. Try re-installing Opera and see how it goes. Btw you are using 9.2 or 9.5?
