GIB SG I don't think many people use CGI anymore. I usually see ASP.Net and PHP nowadays. Still got some ASP sites. JSP seems kinda rare.
ndmmxiaomayi SG PHP and ASP seems to be popular, but Perl, Python and Cold Fusion are quite popular too.
LatecomerX SG If you are talking about popularity alone, that has to be PHP, hands down. http://sg.php.net/usage.php
Xcert SG agree. unless for those not too programming-inclined...they tend to take ASP because of MS. for me...I like java servlets.
Shotgun SG Same. I prefer JSP over all of them. And its virtually Zero cost to deploy on freely available apache tomcat / glassfish servers, and mySQL. I stared at ASP.Net codes in disbelief the whole afternoon. I cannot imagine creating a shopping cart application without the use of Java value beans.
