I used to think that it was gmail's fault.... turns out it is
singnet's fault... I think what they do is, they apportion you a
segment of bandwidth for a split millisecond and then you go to the
bottom of the queue and if during that time they allocate to you,
the page has not stopped loading, you have to wait until you queue
number comes up again to continue.
Worse, if the site resets and starts to resend everything
again.
Singnet sucks big time...
