eagle SG Check if your computer fan is turning. If it doesn't turn, it can't start too If it is turning, it might be a motherboard problem. Does it have a beep sound?
Xcert SG check if ur video cable is plugged in securely. check if U are using onboard video or from graphics card. CD-ROM drive light will flash for a while at the beginning to detect inserted CD,if any.

LatecomerX SG Remove any disc in the optical drive. Change the boot order to 1st: HDD. If it still doesn't work, temporarily remove the optical drive and see whether the problem goes away.
