Make sure IE is closed.
1. Start Spybot.
2. Click on Mode > Advanced. You will be prompted. Click
Yes.
3. Click on the Tools button on the left.
4. Click on Resident.
5. Untick this box - Resident "SDHelpder" (Internet Explorer bad
download blocker) active.
Open IE, surf for a few days. See if you face any problems.
