Play too much, forget about posting
Copy and paste the following in blue into Notepad:
Windows Registry Editor Version
5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"ForceActiveDesktopOn"=dword:00000000
Click on File > Save
As....
In the File Name box, copy and paste in
fix.reg
In the Save As Type box, select All Files from the
drop-down list.
Click Save.
Double click to merge this registry file with Windows.
