Singnet Problem...zzzzz

Hey ok this what's happening to me now. Everytime when i turn on my computer and log in onto singnet, it gets connected for only like 10-15mins and then i can't seem to use my net anymore, msn won't sign in, page cannot be displayed on IE. I tried calling singnet up and they told me that my network is fine, i tried pinging webpages and they were all successful. So anyone facing the same problem as me or anyone knows the solution to this problem ? Thanks in advance Smile

i think for starhub, my friend encounter your problem also. He called up the starhub tech support and what they did was to tell him to on and off both his modem + router, then switch on his modem first and wait for awhile then switch on his router.

In one week, I've seen enough problems about Singnet's connections.

Can you guys try this:

1. Start > Run and type in cmd and press Enter

2. In Command Prompt, type in the following line by line, pressing Enter after each line:

ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
exit

If you get any error at ipconfig /flushdns, do the following:

1. Start > Run and type in services.msc and press Enter

2. Scroll down to DNS Client and double click on it

3. Click on Start

4. Click OK to apply the settings and close the Services Control Panel

5. Then type in ipconfig /flushdns again and press Enter

i have the same problem.
the connection comes and goes.
the moment i sign in MSN, it disconnects again in a split second
