Everytime I turn on my PC. I load up Windows. And all I see is
my mouse and my bg picture.
Will always have to open Task Manager to run the explorer.exe
process.
Tried using Startup_CPL to register winlogon.exe and explorer.exe.
Still doesn't work.
I'm. stuck.
