IF you are using Googleapps, for eg, the hosted by google mail,
the there will be a little problem.
1) Go to google apps home page
www.google.com/a/yourdomainname
2) Disable ALL services
3) Enable ALL services again
4) Create a page using Google Pages
5) Disable google pages
6) Reenable google pages.
Should work.
