help!!problem connecting wireless router

i have some problem connecting my modem-speedtouch adsl2 modem with aztech wireless router.when i connect the modem using the speedtouch there is no problem connecting to the internet but once i use the modem with the router i cannot go online. i heard that the speedtouch is a moderm cum router ? is it true ? is there anyway to switch the speedtouch to modem mode only not acting as a router cos i think it cos the speedtouch and aztech router to crash ip address. anyway to solve this problem? thanxs.

I believe the Thomson Speedtouch ST585 ADSL2+ modem comes with wireless functions which you can use without your Aztech wireless router.
