AhDan SG hi Mage. i'll just like to ask you, is the GAME, really just 2 weeks old? if then why is the owner selling it away? must have a reason. how many times have it been drilled or plugged? although i dun know wat plugged means.. haha wats the condition of the ball?
Mage^_^ SG Bascially, the condition of the ball is pretty good, considering i just polished it up using a spinner, ( MACHINE!! NOT ANOTHER BOWLER!!) just a couple of little nicks around the track... All my balls that i sell are all in good condition, just ask anyone that bought from me in here... Right GUYS!!
ev0luti0n SG Yeh, its okay. But i think the previous user of the ball i had now muz had made a "thud" sound everytime he/she throws the ball.
Mage^_^ SG Evo, wat u mean?? there is flat spot somewhere on the ball?? Dun worry, as long as not on ur track... err.... then again, u are a spinner so no matter...
AhDan SG hi. mage, you said you just polished up the ball using a machine? Can you tell me the places where i can find the machine? i've been trying to find one but normally they're not in use or out of order... can you name me the places where i can find the ball polisher machine?? cos my white dot 's condition is getting worse. urgent. thanks.
AhDan SG so, can tell me, where can i find those polishing machines?? thise putting in 50cent coins one right? i've been urgently looking for them. pls name them for me. thanks. and i got one more qns. is it wise for me to put finger and thumb plugs into my white dot ball? i'm using fingertip.
AhDan SG then how much will this polishing cost me? or does anyone knows where can i find the machine to polish my balls?
harmzuay SG I think Mage actually has a spinner at home or at his disposal. They cost about S$700+. The advantage is that one can alter and fine-tune coverstocks in their own home and save a lot of time and money. Not to mention the advantage of almost always having properly conditioned balls.
Mage^_^ SG Sorry, me abit the slow... kekeke Well, actually i just go into a Pro shop and request to use the spinner lor.... Erm... u kinda need to be on good terms with the owner 1st though.. With regards to ur question about ur White dot, are u having any problems with it in the 1st place?? Does ur fingeers hurt? U'll need to provide more details b4 any advice can be given... As of this moment, if u r doing fine with it and am just curious, My advice would have to be "Dun Try To Fix Something That Is Not Broken" Cheers!!!
AhDan SG actually, its my middle finger joint part, hurts after i played my game, cos i using fingertip will it be better if i used the finger inserts or is it my releasing method wrong??
AhDan SG huh $3 ? where is the machine located at?? is it the type where i just place the ball in, insert money in and it starts to polish on its own??? how come its $3 per hour?? i thought it only takes around 5-15mins the most for each ball to polish??? or is this spinner machine thingy, is something i have to polish manually???
Mage^_^ SG Are ur fingers drilled in reverse pitch?? This could be a problem, especially if ur fingers continue to hurt. Alot of the bowlers nowadays wanna achieve more Revs and Lift so they actually do that type of drilling to get the effects, instead of training up their fingers.... Example is Grace Young, she quit bowling due to similar bowling injury, her Japanese coach insisted that she drilled reverse pitch to gain more ball action... guess wat?? now she out of action... Well, these are just my own opinions, if there are other problems i may not know.... BTW, wat about ur purchase for my Game?? U still game for it??
airgrinder SG eh...is that the only reason?? Think there some other factors..... anyway, she's back as the mentor (or similar) to the national bowlers.
prataman SG Heh! All along I thought it was forward pitch of the fingers that allow you to get more lift on the ball!
AhDan SG wah… still got forward pitch or reverse pitch ah,... dunno anything abt it leh…. can advise me more???
