Start > Run and type in msconfig
Select the Startup tab
Check that the Bluetooth program is starting up.
Next,
Start > Run and type in services.msc
Look through all the services there. There should be one related to
your Bluetooth program. If there's none, it's OK. If there is,
double click on it.
Change the Startup Type to Automatic or Manual.
Click on Start to run it.
After that, click OK to apply the settings. Close the Services
Control Panel.
