when you first subscribe to Starhub, during the setup, the
engineer might have enable wireless filtering.
This wireless filtering allows only those whose Mac address is
configured to be able to access the web.
Follow the steps below
only if your desktop is a new one and haven setup yet.
Make sure u have another desktop that can access the web.
