coolgeek84 SG Actually I did a survey last time. Asked the ip adds or “found” out the ip adds of my friends over msn or using other simple tools. Then created a list in excel about each regions. Since I know where my friends stay. and I know a few from each region, I can find out the prefix of the ip add :p There were some discrepancies of course but it was rather accurate =)
