at first i thought no battery either. so i charged it.
when i plugged it in, it turned on. but now i unplug it. press
the buttons no respond.
still under warranty or not?
my ipod nano had the same problem
they exchanged a new set for me
when you go, bring evrything down so they can
check
ie. the cable etc.
