u got a adware.. they will keep
poping out and keep duplicate itself. U have to stop the exe but
its v tedious. Abt the curing part, only mayi can ans u.
Right now try with AVG, if ccan't
then go download kaspersky or avast. If doesnt works i guess u ahve
to format.
Perhaps u can go task manager and
see if there's any program taking up alot of resources.
