Ok basically this happen to my sis's com. She has this software
problem which i suspected due to the registry in system32 tat coz
the com to reboot itself some time. i tried to reformat the com by
inserting the format disc (acer com) but i didn't get to reformat
it when i restarts.
So being lazy, i nv formats, so after a few weeks the com now
cannot load to windows.
When startup, it loads normally with the black screen of load
manually/ load last good configuration setting/ safe mode etc.
Tried all above and it get to a black screen with nothing
loaded.
BTW, it's 3yrs com.
Any advise? thanks.
