Eh the ones at the top of the list are usually faster. I thought they got include the response time ma?

Anyway, if you're willing to fork out some money, you can get a paid proxy server account from proxy hosts out there which is much more reliable and faster as compared to public proxies.

Fast proxies don't make much difference if you are going to hop through more than 20 routers. Asia is pretty unlucky as most servers are based in Europe or US, so they typically hop through quite a lot of routers which can slow down quite a bit.

My usual recommendation is to use ISP's proxy as they are quite fast and stable. Public proxies, like warez, appear and disappear very fast, so you need to keep up with them. Some don't work at all...
