t4zm4nian SG hey, i got a 1 1/2 yr/old laptop recently got some problem, can run, but no screen. what's the problem ah? can solve anot ah? is a compaq laptop.
AndrewPKYap SG as good as throw away because the monitor might not have a replacement.... but to make sure, plug the laptop to a normal PC monitor and switch the output from laptop screen to external screen. If that works, you can use it as a desktop.

rainhawk87 SG if all running but cant display anything, try to go to bios if there is possible to go bios. may be your hard disk or mobo unlesss ur monitor is complete black = scrap and change a new laptop.
