You never mention what you will be doing.

Is it something to just fit your towels, a bottle of face wash, shampoo, water bottle and throw into the car boot.

Or something to keep your laptop, office wear and stuffed into a locker.

Then there is also something that you will be carrying boxing gloves in.

How about....it depending on your outift? If you wear office wears, then you should be carrying your nice purse and then a laptop bag.

The gym bag, if you do not go gym everyday, shall be a backpack with the empty water bottle, towels and clothes. Swing your shoes from their laces at the outside of the backpack to keep your shoes aired.

What to bring in your gym bag:

1) One bath towel/face towel

2) One bench towel

3) One towel to wipe sweat off your face

4) Socks

5) Training Shoes

6) Shampoo/showergel/facewash

7) Slippers to wear in the shower (You dont want to catch ringworms from the shower floor.)

8) Your gym shorts & tees

9) Clothes you can change into for your homeward bound trip *Optional

10) Plastic bag to hold your clothes & Shoes.

11) Boxing gloves/Yoga Mats/Gloves/Belly Dancing hip scarves/bands & dunno what else

12) One Water bottle to fill up with water from water fountain/tap

Looks fine to me.

How about the Gym Locker? Will it fit in?

Or you have to throw in your purse, laptop bag into the locker separately and you keep this bag on the floor at the gym?

can literally dump everything inside
built in shoe-bag compartment (at the bottom)
can carry on shoulder, can sling
bery sturdy but can be compacted

no design to speak of..... plain black with the words "Ashworth"

is that the current army's luggage bag?

If you were to use it, you can bring along a keylock and lock the luggage up via the zips, so you do not have to worry about not being able to put it in a locker.
