Responsibilities:
Conduct trainings, seminars, presentations and updates of product
information to customers.
Provide technical, application, warranty, testing and commissioning
support to VAPs, distributors and customers.
Preparation and participation in exhibition.
Liaise with R&D and Manufacturing on new and updated products
information.
To design and develop customised software for in-house use.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Hands on development experience with PHP, mySQL,
LAMP Preferred skill(s): HTML, JAVA, Windows, Linux, database,
networking, RF modulation, DVB, Transport Streams, IPTV, and MPEG
knowledge.
Others: Experience with CGI, PERL, SNMP
Analytical problem-solving skills
Flexibility in software and hardware troubleshooting and
investigation.
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in a possible field-service job
Teamplayer:ability and willingness to work with various teams in
the support area Ability to work independently and multi-tasking
Customer facing skills Ownership and negotiating skills.
Fluency in English and familiar in Chinese language
