If you can install, it can be uninstalled. Can't find, locate it
in its folder, usually C:\Program Files\VLC Player. There is a file
called uninst.exe or unin00.exe or names that start with
unin.
If you run it without installation, it doesn't need to be
uninstalled. Just delete the whole VLC folder.
