WHAT IS POWNCE?
Pownce is a way to send stuff to your friends. What kind of stuff? You can send just about anything: music, photos, messages, links, events, and more. You can do it all on our web site, or install our lightweight desktop software that lets you get out of the browser.

Doesn’t really work like Friendster/Facebook, but like one of file sharing sites such as Rapidshare and Mediafire.

Y_Shun SG

yeah but it also sort of let you add friends etc.

keep note of what your friends are doing by adding notes etc.

Yup, and with new technology too. Using Adobe Runtime Environment (AIR) or whatever crap that is. I could see no difference with other sites made with plain HTML and CSS or JavaScript.

haha the AIR thing is for the desktop software to receieve updates asap.
