The problem is not doing illegal things. This law, once passed,
has great effects.
There are complications. Legally, it's helpful. Logically, it's the
best software ever. It's not being detected by security programs,
there's no hint of it being on your system unless you do a system
check.
Hackers would like it. Crackers would like it too. And they want to
get their hands on it.
