When the /BOOTLOG box is ticked. It forces it to record.
In Safe Mode, a lot of unnecessary drivers are not loaded, there's
no point in seeing which drivers aren't loaded, because nearly all
drivers are not loaded.
Ntbtlog also logs down the drivers that load and doesn't load, but
it won't be able to tell system failures. That is handled by
another part of Windows, after booting up. You will be able to see
that in Event Viewer if you didn't turn off this service in
Windows.
Since ACPI Uniprocessor PC driver is not loaded, you probably are
not going to use that one.
Any drivers that are not loaded?
Ntbtlog is still useful in diagnosing problems. When Windows hangs
before the Windows log on screen... this is where to look for. If
Safe Mode has no issue, but Normal Mode has, Ntbtlog also comes
into play.
