Do you have a spare PC? If yes, unplug the graphics card, plug
into the spare PC. Make sure the spare PC has enough power to run
it.
Otherwise, ask your friends for testing.
As far as a AMD 939 board is concerned, the power supplied is
enough, although chances are it may need a higher one.
