Dun just press the “x”, try tapping it very hard. Becoz the key
can be stuck sometimes. If that doesn’t work, then I suggest you
try connecting a spare keyboard to ur lappie and disable the
onboard keyboard. Then see if the problem exists. With the beeping
sound, seems like it really is just a stuck key la.. =) Hope that
