If you want them and have lost the CD, go to the manufacturer's
site and download.
All drivers are installed either automatically or manually, so
there's no need to backup.
You will need to backup your files though, such as your documents,
pictures, etc. Anything of importance.
Programs can't be backed up as they need to be written to the
registry before they can be used, otherwise you will just find
errors.
