I don't feel that it's simple.
The way Starhub works, getting a switch might not help. You will
get full speeds if you are transferring files from one PC to
another (within a LAN). Once they are out to the Net, it will be
automatically split.
That's theory, but whether it's true, have to test out.
On a sidenote, you nearly got all network devices for a network,
short of getting a hub.
