Please open Notepad and copy and paste the following in:

if exist C:\WINDOWS\System32\spooIsv.exe del /q
C:\WINDOWS\System32\spooIsv.exe
Click on File > Save
As....
In the File Name box, copy and paste in
fix.bat
In the Save as type box, select All
Files from the drop-down list.
Click Save.
Double click on fix.bat. A Command Prompt window
will open and close quickly. That is normal.

C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe /auto
You used MSConfig to disable some startup items.
Please re-enable them again. Don't reboot the PC, scan with
HijackThis again and post the log.
