There is really no way for anyone to know exactly what should be
the best timing even if someone else have the same exact
configuration and with the same parts manufacturers. You just have
to up and work your way down or down and work your way up the
clocking to achieve a stable test run prior to running your
applications with benchmarking in the background for performance
results. Since you have did so for your CPU you can do the same for
the RAMs
