Y_Shun SG SingNet 1500kbps users officially gets doubled speed on 31 May 07. SingNet 512kbps users also sort of have a "doubled" speed as last time Torrent capped at 60kb/s, now users can hit more than 100kb/s. I did not recieve any letters or news about 5Mbps + 10Mbps speed being upgraded.
