ndmmxiaomayi SG Reboot manually, and try to print a test page. If it works properly, good for you. If no, then post back with a picture of your test page.

AhJun SG ok at first i download the driver and then clicked setup. but the above appears and i dun see any hardware wizard. juz now when i reconnect usb to another port, the system say cannot recognise.
