OoohLaLa SG ok i need help making a VCD. I got this .avi clip which is 700MB. The question is: What format do i need to burn it on a CD-R and able to play on a VCD player? Do i need any other stuff inside the CD-R to play it?
allentyb SG you do have a nero burner program, right? just insert in the disk into your D drive, and then choose whether, you want to burn in vcd or dvd format

yasusenpai SG It doesn't mean the video is 700MB big that you can squeeze into a CD-R. You need to check the length of the video. Normally a CD-R can only hold a 80 min long video which is 1 hr 20min. It is likely that you need 2 CD-Rs if it is a movie. Use Nero to burn. Once it is burned, you can watch it using normal VCD player.
