Erm Hi all!
Juz gotta ask something
I am currently using Starhub Internet , Maxonline.
It seems that whenever I want to download a file from rapidshare
etc . I got to wait [10-100mins] BUT i did not download anything
from that site at all.
I think we are using the proxy server by starhub hence we got to
wait ?
