Hi,
I am Meat Pao.
Yes the files MDS/ MDF are virtual CD files, so u need programs
such as Alcohol or Daemon to mount a virtual CD drive in your
computer, and then load your MDS/ MDF files.
The 'Patch' is a patch to crack a virtual CD program, in this case,
to crack Alcohol.
If u have a working Alcohol already, it is ok to skip that step,
and just use your working Alcohol.
Now, after u load and install your game.........
I recommend finding a no-CD EXE crack from websites, so u can
delete away your virtual CD files, the MDF/ MDS files. Because they
are huge.
Thank you,
Meat Pao.
