DIY or ?

If DIY, you better check the manual that the wires are plugged in correctly.

hiphop2009 SG

or if u buy from well known manufacturers, send it back for repair n make full use of the warranty!!!! Twisted Evil

CasperX SG

Yes, its DIY.

But as you can see, i can use most of the USB Device except some of the above i mention. Those are able to use on my previous com though...

I would suggest you visit Windows Update to get the latest updates for your computer.
For your various hardware devices, visit the vendor's site for more details. Regarding your bluetooth configuration, has it been set to properly detect your bluetooth devices?

unknown device = no drivers installed in database. highly likely.

kawasaki2 SG

He just needs some driver updates for his devices to function properly. Wink

CasperX SG

I can juz use them normally on my old com, but not my new com…~

New computer doesn’t necessary have all the drivers you need.

rainhawk87 SG

could it be u have not install usb 2.0 driver?

the moment u install it, it will auto detect the rest of the thing
cos they are only usb 2.0 only....

CasperX SG

I try to install USB 2.0 but it says that i am using SP2 and so i don’t need to install USB 2.0

Webcams often come with CD installation files. If there's indeed a CD provided, put in the CD and install the files required.

USB 4 ports hub - you used a card or you plugged it in to another USB hub?

If it's a card, drivers might be needed... if it's plugged in directly to a USB hub, unplug it. Shutdown the PC and wait for a while (about 30 seconds). Then plug it in and boot up the PC.

1GB thumbdrive - no idea what's happening. It could be the huge space that's causing problems..

Xcert SG

I am using a 1GB thumbdrive...no problems with it...I dont think its the space. Laughing Mr. Green

TS got plug the thumbdrive directly into the USB slot in the PC?Can work?
sometimes if devices are plugged into USB hub...doesnt work because of power distribution.

ndmmxiaomayi SG

I'm also using one, but on very old computers or some very new computers, they always give me problems. Laughing

CasperX SG

Hmmm, update bios does not help. I still have the same problem. USE Hub cannot be use, still detect as unknown device

tonyong SG

hmmm... maybe usb hub spoil? i oso kenna before... but its cox the hub spoil....

rainhawk87 SG

trail and error with extra parts
if still not solve, reformat and try again to see if its main board?

soulwinner SG

Then you better check and make sure all parts are properly place ..
