Using IE?

If yes, just directly click on the link given. Don't copy and paste the link into Windows Media Player, it won't work.

Can you try again? I have no errors. Try the low bandwith instead of high bandwith.

Hmm... try this.

Go to Start > Run and type in cmd

In Command Prompt, type ipconfig /renew then press Enter
Type in ipconfig /flushdns then press Enter
Type in exit and press Enter

Does this work?

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is on another computer, verify that you are connected to the network. If you typed a path, verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server might not be available.

Hmm... no idea what's happening.

Try clearing your cache.

Go to Start > Run and type in cleanmgr

Select the drive where Windows is installed (by default it's C drive)

Tick these boxes: Temporary Internet Files, Offline Webpages, Temporary Files, Temporary Offline Files and Offline Files

Click OK

Then try again.

Make sure that all windows are closed except this one.

If it's Singnet, the proxy that they use is proxy.singnet.com.sg

Open Internet Explorer. Click on Tools > Internet Options.

Select the Connections tab. Under Local Area Network (LAN) settings, click on the LAN settings button.

Under Proxy Server, type in proxy.singnet.com.sg for Address, 8080 for Port.
