Most girls get emotional easily and they can really be a bitch if they wan to so i never wanna be in guild with a female leading cos there are bound to be days they dun even need reason to rage at u just cos they can.

I used to play this game with just a female taking over the guild for 1 week .. So many drama no one wanna turn up for guild war .. Rumours has it she's a loose girl irl and stuff. When they PMS .. The best just MIA.

is a common topic for discussion over females being leaders..be it real life or in games..

but, personally, i still feel that females can't be leaders..simply cuz most of them are simply too meticulous (put aside the emotional side 1st)..focus too much on minor details..

whereas for men..most of them can execute decisions damn fast..focus on getting results as main priority..

& most men can carry off that "i am boss" masculine feeling
