i go to renew my insurance, so that i can renew my road tax. Coz
insurance only left 2+ month, cant renew yet, but can extend. So LL
go extend... then go there, they told me need the inspection, &
coz i fail, i cant renew my road tax.
Nvm, so i ask how much to extend, she said it will base on the
pro rate, so 4month of extention cost $761. Nvm, so i ask for a new
quote... coz shd b cheaper by then, even with the raise of
insurance cost this year. Cant be more than 3K mah. Guess wat the
customer support said? Oh, we cant give u a new quote either, coz
we can only do that if ur insurance are one month away from the
expiry date. Giving me excuse that the system cant process it.
They shd just fired her........
in the end i just left......
and now searching for new quote from other insurance
company.
