Passwords can be saved, but there is a problem with their
history.
I set my Firefox not to remember history, but it still shows
up.
The remember password issue problem has been there since Firefox 2
is released. Just need a few tries to get Firefox to remember it.
Or use a third party program to help you remember.
One other thing is Java. If you need to file taxes, please don't
use Firefox. Because government websites use Java to verify your
identity, and without it, you can't verify yourself.
